Who we are

We are Brutaal, a non-profit organisation (“vzw”) registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises with enterprise number 0791.682.128.

What data do we collect and how?

When you place an order in our ticket store, we collect your personal identification information (first name, last name, region, phone number, email address). We also keep a record of the order notes that are left, if you leave any.

We only collect the data that you directly provide Brutaal vzw with when you place an order.

How do we use your data?

Your data is used to fulfil the order that you placed. The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (article 6(1), point (b) of the GDPR).

A list is compiled of all the orders of the event shop so we can contact you as soon with regard to the event, keep track of who has already payed and provide the participants with detailed event info.

We do not share your data with third parties.

Cookies

The Brutaal website and shop use cookies to implement the shopping cart and checkout.
We don’t use third-party cookies.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • The right to access: you have the right to request a copy of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification: you have the right to request that Brutaal vzw correct any information that you believe is inaccurate or to complete information that you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure: under certain conditions, you have the right to request that Brutaal vzw erase your personal data.
  • The right to restrict processing: under certain conditions, you have the right to request that Brutaal vzw restrict the processing of your personal data.
